2024/25 Apprenticeship Block Week Accommodation

Apprentices’ accommodation bookings (Game, Wildlife, Zoo and Countryside) they can book individual dates in the block weeks they have been informed of throughout the academic year.

Only Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursdays nights Available.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Apprentice Block weeks (& Apprentice short courses).

Bookings MUST BE booked 1 Weeks in advance of each block week.

It is your responsibility to book your accommodation in time, otherwise accommodation is not guaranteed, and any rooms holding will be released.

Booking rooms on the day of arrival will NOT be accepted. ROOMS WILL NOT BE HELD.

You must select the individual nights you want to stay and state your arrival date and block week you are attending.

Accommodation is located in Hampshire Rural Business Centre.

Single Ensuite Bedrooms, with TV & Wi-fi. Linen and Towels provided.

Food and drink can be brought on site, in Bytes Dining Hall, Starbucks, Joe Defrango, and we have a campus Shop. There are no self-catering facilities.

Bedroom Packs/keys can be collected from the Wardens office.

Check In On arrival Day 15:00PM – (Sunday arrival is any time after Mid-Day)

Monday to Friday collection of keys is no earlier than 3pm.

Check Out on departure Day 09:00AM (Rooms must be Vacated by 9am)

CANCELLATION

• Bookings must be cancelled 48hrs before arrival date, otherwise full amount will be charged.
• No refunds will be given for No Shows
• If your course changes while you are here, you need to contact us straight away to let us know of changes, and you must be out of the room by 9am of the day you leave. If you do not inform us of a change of departure date, refunds will not be given.
