Sparsholt College - Further Education (FE) Student Accommodation 2025/26

2. Payment Plan:

Immediate payment of 10% of full charge, followed by nine equal monthly card instalments. Instalments will be collected automatically from your card on the 1st of the month starting in October until the balance is cleared.

Please be aware that the £200 tenancy deposit will be held for the duration of the academic year and returned at the end of the year (subject to any damages/outstanding balances)

Students who inform us in writing before (26^th August) they no longer which to proceed with their accommodation application, will receive a full refund of the Accommodation Deposit and any first payment made.

The person making the payment for accommodation must agree to the Halls Agreement before making payment, a link to the Halls Agreement is available on the next page.

Please note, the Halls Agreement is subject to change and a hard copy will need signing by the student when moving into accommodation, a parent/guardian signature will also be required when the student is under 18.
